    The steam Achievement "City Of Cutthroat Hearts" is still broken.

    As documented in the following Screenshot.
    Telling "Emma the Barmaid" at the Tavern of the South Winds in Ardoris that "Akiel von Strife said you were common and he would never settle down with you"

    Causes Quest XP, and a Journal Entry but does not award the Steam Achievement.

    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32158
    GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.360.Date.05.23.16
    Area: Ardoris
    Loc: (-128.3, 54.4, -345.9)
