Title: Can no longer put stone blocks on top of each other
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? partial, prevents me from decoing like I want
Details: In R35 I was able to put "1Wx1Hx2L Rough Stone Block" next to a "1Wx1Hx1L Rough Stone Block" on top of a "1Wx4HX4L Rough Stone Block". This is not possible any more. I am also no longer able to place the 1Wx1Hx1L on top of the 1Wx1Hx2L. Applies to all ice blocks as well.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to place the smaller blocks on top of the larger block
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32721
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU RAM: 4071
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.504.Date.11.16.16
    Area: POT_alpine_metropolis_01_template/Beran's Reach
    Area Display Name: Beran's Reach
    Loc: (-19.7, 43.1, 486.7)

EDIT: I am able to stack blocks in the middle of two blocks placed next to each other but not on top of single blocks, also only in very narrow areas

We're not able to reproduce this issue internally. It requires pinpoint placement, but we are able to stack blocks internally after review.

Thank you for checking it out, and sorry, pinpoint placement does work after testing today again. Maybe I was just remembering incorrectly that it was easier to stack them during R35...

so has this been resolved? and why does it have to pin point accurate? why so difficult? do we not have enough problems to deal with... still not able to stack blocks on top of one another... as of R42
