[Known] Cant Unstack PoT NPC and Pets (790)

I reported this in R61 here and here

1. Title: Cant unstack any PoT NPCs
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
3. Blocker? Yes
4. Details: I can not unstack my stacked PoT NPCs. If I try, all went red.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to unstuck stacked PoT NPCs
6. User Specs: Win 10 Pro 1803, 32 Gb Ram, i7-4790K, nVidia GTX 1080ti OC 417.35

4. Details: I can not unstack my Broom Decoration Pets. If I try, all went red.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to unstuck stacked Broom Decoration Pets.

Thre is now a new message in the chat window in red:

Server: TransferQuantity: value >1 for non-stackable item
[Path=DunamicPlots/POTNPCArmorMerchantFemale) Parameter name: value

It seems that PoT NPCs and Pet shouldnt be stackable, but they was stackable sometime in the past and because of that new rule they cant unstacked now.
