Title: South Boundless Forest - Barbarians are not dropping Rune Bag

Details: Spent quite a bit of time trying to find the Rune Bag (I have already finished the main quest for this), and are just looking for one for the daily turn in. I am not seeing this drop on the Barbarians anymore. This was working fine in 960. I do not have one on me in inventory.
Steps to Reproduce:
User Specs: Kill Barbarians in South Boundless Forest, find no Run Bag.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16303
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079
