    Least Difficult:
    - When an item is listed on a player vendor, have the vendor remember the price. That way, when the player restocks an item, the default will be the last price the player listed the item for.
    - Have a toggle or switch on the store UI to automatically hide or gray out recipes that I already know. This goes for both player and NPC vendors.
    - Like the spawnable creatures in dungeons, allow the dungeon owner to place mining nodes (like iron, copper, etc), so we can have mines.
    - For PoT owners, give them regions of their land that they can allocate as "monster infested" (much like how players can place monsters in their dungeons), or as a forested area (with choppable trees), or as mountainous (with mineable ore/gem nodes).

    Lil More Difficult:
    - Some sort of Shopping-Mall-like directory in a town that:
    1) Let's a land owner/player vendor owner list their shop and what they sell,
    2) Let's the shopper enter an item name (or partial name), then show the vendors (if any) that have the item and points them in the direction of the vendor.
