[Info needed] Glancing blow does not charge fully

    Glancing blow only charges to 4 when 5 glyphs are available. Other skills such as Parry charge properly.

    EDIT: Oddly enough, logging off and back on will sometimes correct this.

    I've seen this once with Searing Ray. After relogging, I never saw it again. I had it locked on my bar.
    Let me know if you find a way to reproduce this, please. Right now I'm at the unable to repro stage...

    Yep. Happened to me twice but both times a relog corrected it. Been fine since.
