[Known] Rose Flower Arangement recipe not on Rose Vendor

    Title: Rose Flower Arrangement recipe not on Rose Vendor
    Reproduction Rate:

    Details: The Rose vendor, at least the one in Brit Alleys, doesn't have the Rose Flower Arrangement recipe for sale.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to the Rose Vendor in Brit Alleys
    2) Bring up the Vendor window, so you can buy something
    3) Filter using the Arrangement keyword (or not, it doesn't really mater)
    4) Look through the recipes, the Rose Flower Arrangement recipe is missing from the list (but the item is there)

    @jiirc, not sure if that one being left behind was deliberate, but i just saw it on the westend deco vendor, so it's not gone.

    Looks like the Rose Merchants just have the Rose Flower Arrangement decoration, not the recipe.

    Shouldn't they have the previous one as well? After all it's a rose recipe. :)

    And only the new ones were put on the rose merchant, the one mentioned was an old recipe put in previously.

    it is odd: the old multi-colored bouquet recipe WAS moved to the new vendors.
