Title: new crown shop window down scaling issue
    Reproduction Rate: 100
    Blocker? nein
    Details:
If the crown shop window is opened while the main game window's resolution is lower than the default crown shop window size then the crown shop window will not initially scale down to fit the game window. However, if you resize the main game window then the crown shop window will scale properly. The crown shop window needs to be initially scaled when opened along with being scaled with a main game window resize.

Also, in certain x:y configurations, the close window button (X) for the crown shop window(or the whole right side) will get cut off and not clickable. To see this happen, grab the bottom of the main game window to resize it downwards, increasing the vertical resolution while watching the crown shop window rescale. It's not as important as the previous issue though. Also it seems to only happen when down scaling is going on, when the shop window is smaller than the default

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz (6) System RAM: 16344
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088

    Area: OwlsHead
    Area Display Name: Owl's Head
    Loc: (37.1, 86.4, 291.0)

I hope they let player to resize the COTO shop window and add a scroll bar to the item description. If there are too many text in the description window, the font size shrink to tiny ones.
