Over Weight Focus Penalty NOT APPLYING

    Not really sure if this is the correct area to post this bug, but here goes.

    When I am walking with a ton of weight in my inventory, there should be a focus penalty, although as far as I can tell, there isnt a focus penalty at all.

    @KenoZuki, if you're in novia market, that's correct. the focus penalty does not apply in towns, only the overworld and adventure scenes.

    @Lexie, that exception hasn't made it into the player instructions doc.
