Property Manager -> Shift lot location, put house back, Vendors are off the property now

    Title: Property Manager -> Shift lot location, put house back, Vendors are off the property now
    Reproduction Rate: Once (x2 vendors)

    Details: I stored a home and then moved the location of the property by about 3 meters, put the home back, and the two vendors on the property were in their original location, which was now outside of the property lines.

    I was able to move them back onto the lot without a problem.

    Steps to Reproduce: Store a home that has a vendor. Unclaim lot. Move the lot marker several meters. Reclaim the lot. Put the home back on the lot. Check vendor location.
