Launcher problem?

    Hello! I couldn't find the troubleshooting forum so I hope this is okay posting this here. I'm currently attempting to try out the free trial before I purchase the game and the launcher actually doesn't download the game for me at all. It keeps getting stuck on 'updating the patch client, 2/6' and the error code that pops up is 'couldn't connect to patch server'

    Any idea what I can do to remedy this?

    Tagging you so you see Alley's response. Also make sure the program is whitelisted in both your anti-virus program and is allows through the windows firewall, assuming you are in Windows.
    You may also want to restart your router if you have done tried that yet.
