[Known] Sneak attack specialization proc not working.

    Title: Sneak attack specialization proc not working.

    Reproduction Rate: Always, it won't proc no matter what.

    Blocker? No.

    Details: GM Sneak attack +level 65 subterfuge specialization = No Mesmerize proc, ever.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use sneak attack in combat.

    User Specs:

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 GPU RAM: 1998
