[Known] Shroud of the Avatar (cloak) visual effect visible in invisibility

    1. Title: Shroud of the Avatar visual effect visible in invisibility
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Shroud of the Avatar item's visual halo effect can be seen after invisibility have been casted.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Wear Shroud of the Avatar cloak. Cast any invisibility spell as Vanish/Shadow Form/Silent Movement/Cocoon of Night. Shroud of the Avatar visual halo effect can still be seen on character.
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
      SotA.QA.Win.64.664.Date.04.19.18
