[Known] s drachvald spur - bounty quest npc not in (yet)?

    Title: s drachvald spur - bounty quest npc not in (yet)?

    Details: i talked to the bounty master in desolis, who sent me to meet with filo at the south arch of south drachvald spur. he is not there. he is not at either of the other two exit pois. there are no compass sparkles if i turn on quest highlighting.

    i have some concern with putting him there anyway: this is where osterhild and her five squires are gathered and it seems odd to have another unrelated npc hanging around the arch.

    I put the wrong location name in that quest. You should be able to find Filo in NORTH Drachvald Spur (not South). Sorry about the mistake. I just submitted a fix which should be in with Release 53.
