Wood pulp

Can anyone tell me how to craft wood pulp? What skill do i need?

 

Take wood scraps to the milling table and turn it in to wood pulp. That is cheaper than the recipe making it from wood. Salvaging wood items gives you wood scraps. So there are two recipes and they are tradeable if you want the recipe I'll be happy to give it to you. I'm majoria in game.

 

Like Majoria says there is a couple of ways to get that.

Both the recipes are discoverable - so you don't need the recipe at all.
Instead if you head over to a Milling station just placing the right ingredients on the table (upper right box in the UI) will light up the [Craft] button, and when crafting it the recipe will be added to your recipe Book.

The non-recommended recipe:

• Wood rasp
• Wood (any type)

The recommended recipe:

• Wood scrap

But really the best/fastest way, depending your view on the virtues, is to take a lot of books and then head over to the Tailoring station and Salvage them for Wood Pulp.
Now mind you, you need to place the books 1 by 1 on the station - so no stacks.
Each book salvaged will give you 1 Wood Pulp.

salvage the cheep bows and wands at the carpentry station then take the wood scrap and turn it into wood pulp and train 2 skill at the same time.

what impact does this have on Virtues?

 

Probably depends on the book you salvaged

 

so... don't scrap the Ultima Bible, for example? ;-)
