[By design] Submitted player notes have no UI update

Details:
This report actually started as "cannot submit player notes", but then when I re-opened a player note, I realized it did update. I was confused because there's no UI feedback that something happened. Maybe it could be as simple as the player-note popup closing on submit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Push "F" key to open friends list
2) Right click an offline friend (if any), and select "View/Edit Note"
3) Enter text into text area
4) Try to click "Submit"
5) Observe and be confused about why nothing happened.

...
6) Click "X" to close
7) Re-open player notes
8) Observe that the text actually did save
