    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Equip a 'Founder Heraldry Cloth Chest Armor'
    2) Equip a 'Epic Cloth Helm'
    Result: the collar clips through the epic cloth helm
    Expected: the collar should be invisible when the Epic Cloth Helm is equipped
