    Title: Devotionals are not giving buffs

    Details: Tried using all of the devotionals here , but they are not giving the buff.

    Confirmed, devotionals were working before the 764 patch. Neither POT nor the devotional towns such as Resolute or Kiln are giving the buff after the 764 patch.

    Tried all devotionals in Virtue Oasis with no effect... even cancelled previous ones wich still had about an hour to go. damn so sad :(
