I don't remember it happening in the past, but it might be nice if the full suits of armour made it to the store, after all the work done preparing them and given how many people wanted them it seems slightly odd not to make that available in some way. It's not 'devaluing' the folks who paid towards the telethon, we got a lot for what we paid in - and these are 'equally unavailable' to everyone as it stands, which is a bit of a shame.

Agreed they don't finalise them, just start working on the rough principle of the item - they showed us 'sample pictures' of some pieces during the telethon, so surely at least part of the work is already done. Once you have done the rough basics for the items, and know that they are popular with people, it seems odd to stop there and just do some different 'outlining' of different potential in-game items for the next livestream, when you can make use of what you already have. It's not as if this is not what they would have had to do to bring in anynew armour set into the game, the process would still begin as this one has already begun.

 

Double XP is for everyone, not just $5 folks

 

As someone who contributed, I'm happy for everyone to get that bonus. Also, I'd rather not give ammunition to the P2W crowd.

 

Granting Double XP to ONLY those that contributed to the Telethon would be So Pay-To-Win that every Reddit Troll's Head would Explode simultaneously with such vigor it would be reported by the United States Geological Survey after having registered on their instruments. Their poor parents wouldn't be able to collect on their homeowner's insurance to repair the structural damage to the foundations in their basements because the simultaneous mysterious deaths of so many middle-aged white men could only be the work of terrorists or an Act of God.

 

I would, as an investor, prefer they NOT spend any significant time on Any asset until such time as it is determined that it Will be placed In-Game.

I just noticed this..."NOTE: Spending Store Credit to make $5 minimum purchase does not apply." i bought $5 worth of store credit during the stream does that still count.... to be fair all they said on the live stream was to to buy a minimum of $5 in the store to get get the goals.

 

I would contact customer service to plea your case since this is new to all of us what is happening. See if they will work with you. @Berek

 

that counts. SPENDING store credit doesn't count. BUYING it, with new money, does.

Yes but that $5 credit will be converted to 4 COTOs on the 7th when they eliminate store credit.

They won't have the items ready until probably R55.

It usually take a couple of releases for the items to show up as they need to be created.

 

After the weekend, check the Special Rewards tab on your account page. It will have the R53 livestream rewards listed there.
