Mail Package for Brittany Wharfs

I have this quest item in my inventory.
What do i do with it?

Please help, ty!

 

Go see the town cryer in brittany warf and hand them the package

 

im there. How do i hand it to him? drag and drop isnt working

 

ask about the mail and the window should open up for you to drag it. Try mentioning package and check the key words and click on them.

 

ive clicked all the key words, nothing popped up to give him the package

 

ive avoided doing any quests so far in my 300+ hours in this game, and as soon as i start the most basic of quests,...This happens!

 

if after trying everything the town crier will not take the item from you then it is important to bug report it. click on the bug report icon in the upper part of the screen, click start new thread, name your bug report and then click control v or paste to paste your system info into the body of the bug report, plus it puts your location in. and perhaps there is someone who has another answer to this but don't hesitate to let the devs know if something is broken. That would be awesome. Lets get some help here. @Puuk @Lum the Mad. Can you address this? Why is this player not able to give the package to the town crier in Brittany Wharf's?

 

Ahh Ok it is a bug that has been reported so hopefully in next release on the 31st it will be fixed.
