[Known] Cloth physics going crazy

    1. Title: The physics for the item "Cotton epic cloth helm" have gone crazy since the update.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Turning cloth sim off solves the problem
    5. Steps to Reproduce: just using the item triggers the bug
    6. User Specs: i73770, 16GB RAM, GTX780

    Yes, some of the cloth issues were fixed not too long ago but then some (not all) of the issues immediately came back in Unity 2018.1. Grrrrrrr.
    Epic Cloth helm is the one I can repro so far. The shroud, which looked quite funny under 2018, seems to be fixed in 2018.1.
    At this point, I'm looking for specific item names affected *if* they are resolved by turning cloth sim off. For those reading this, please be sure to specific that in your report.
    I ask because other cloth issues are probably not related and will need to go to art (not tech).

    @Lexie - Not sure if related, but the telethon reward Obsidian Order Wizard's Robe is flashing while sitting on a Grey Marble Bench

    (turning off cloth simulation makes this stop - so I guess it is related)

    Details:cotton epic cloth helm is distorted when wearing a cloak and the helm with cloth simulation on.
    Steps to Reproduce:Turning off cloth simulation fixes it. Sometimes taking off the cloak fixes the helm. Wearing a backpack does not cause the distortion.
