[Known[NPCs taking a long time to spawn

    Title: NPCs taking a long time to spawn
    Reproduction Rate: Often
    Blocker? No
    Details: NPCs are taking a long time to spawn after you enter a fresh instance of a town, for example, until you are in an area with them.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Northwood docks, run to the weapon shop for example - you'll have to wait a bit for the NPCs to appear.

    Yep you can arrive at ardoris, and run without any sprint or otherwise get to the inn where fiona is and wait at least a minute for any of the npc's in there to show up
