Have you experienced the 98%-99% loading issue first hand since Patch 777 was released?

    I think the 99% bug is getting worse. I still only seem to be getting it when trying to enter the Hidden Vale.

    Edit - Well I was locked out of the game there not being able to spawn in on the Hidden Vale map. I switched to an alt character which logged in fine, In a different location. Logged out again and relogged in with my main character. I was was finally able to get back in game.

    Again today, my second crash 98%, from novia to New Britannian Market (POT).

    updated: 3 crashes and can't access to NBM :(

    Yes sorry to say it did happen to me earlier today. I got stuck at 98 percent and had close the game on my task list. So changing my vote on the poll.

    Oddly, since R53, I have not experienced this even once. I even decided to temp fate and switched my settings to Fastest and Shadows to low. I have not had this happen once. And I travel and explore a lot.

    I do however feel for the people who are having this still, it really sucks (I used to have this happen a while back).

    It happened to me at Greymark Forest last night. It seems to be a common zone, for me, for it to happen.

    I understand how frustrating tracking down issues of this nature can be in software. I too want to express my gratitude that team continues to search for fixes to this one. I'd never experienced it prior to 777, but am receiving it approximately once or twice per session now. It's not really a huge deal to me. It seems easy to work around by just reloading the game and starting on the world map. I've never been continuously blocked from entering a zone.

    Darn, it appears I voted too soon, I just had a 98% failure after mining in Elysium for 2 hours then TPing to PaxLair.

    Ground hog day again, nothing has changed. locked up at 99% trying to load into the town I live in.
    Hopefully tomorrows patch will fix something.
    And please ignore them if they start crying that it has broken the monkey room. ..... just tell them that that's the way it is supposed to be from now on.

    Alls well at knightmare falls in relation to the load in crashes. It now loads fine although it does seem to load slower.
    I am not about to complain about the load in speed, just happy that it is working at last.

    99% loading stuck when I logged out to the menu screen. Never got to the Menu Screen, and had to forced-shut-down SoTA. This has happened too often since Monday.

    We know what this crash is and are working with Unity for an actual fix. Until then, we have a workaround to fix it but we need the scene name to patch in a fix. This is being caused by a shader build deadlock problem in Unity.

    Only seems to do it for me frequently when entering/recalling to "Virtue Oasis" in hidden vale.

    @Chris For several guild-mates - entering Falling Waters Fortress, or leaving it to Novia. (Not certain if it is straight from one to the other, or if it involves a siege between the two - I'll see if I can get more detail).
