Water from a fountain is stealing?

    That's why I put this in the crafting area of my town:

    Historically speaking, a public well was often used by an entire village. Carrying 40 buckets of water at a single time would be very surprising. 2-3 would be far more realistic.

    Hey, @Elwyn, there are a few of the craftable water wells for sale on my vendor in Brittany Alleys if you do not have the Smelting recipe to make one. I can also loan you one if you want to try it out to see if it fits or use until we find out more about the issue where you were being flagged as stealing. Sorry about the Virtue hit, that really stinks.

    True, but "real villagers" probably didn't need to allocate an entire bucket of water per plant either.
