    Is it intended to receive all items for this quest off of the first elf miner?


    *Edit* Also turning in the items to the tailor does not clear the items from inventory. EDIT*** Apparently the virtue armor is just marked like the dread items and shroud. Equip-able and unlootable.

    If you are playing in Offline Mode then thanks to the greatly increased drop rates you will see the items drop almost immediately.

    The virtue armor is part of the reward and is an alternate suit of armor for your character.
