Free up the properties!

Dont worry, I'll not start an avaaz petition for this request

But I'd like to suggest to get more freedom on the property deeds.
Logically, we're supposed to have more possibilities with a bigger land but isn't the case on SotA: /

What about letting the choice to place an house anywhere in a deed and the possibility to add more than a single house per deed. Players will get more freedom to create their decorations and the houses' demand will increase.

Right now I feel being stuck with a village deed when I'd like to place multiple row houses..

That is one of the stretch goals they were shooting for prior to launch of episode one: Flexible lot placement, which would allow you to do exactly what you describe. Not sure if this a renewed stretch goal or if it a planned feature for episode 2.

In my opinion, it's a plus value to add this feature to the game, i'm just scared about how hard to implement..

It is a stretch goal for episode 2. It was a goal for episode 1, but we didn't reach it. When they announce the Episode 2 funding we will see the return of that goal.
