So long you have to scroll back up to read it all.

Appreciate the long text, hate that we have to scroll up to see it. Continue isn't a functional method either as it doesn't stand out like a button, even though it's giant.

Bigger text box FTW.

 

I concur with the scrolling observation, but not sure I understand the suggestion, good sir. The chat box this text appears in is already resizable, nay?

 

NPC dialog window is not resizable.

 

Ran into this myself and I completely agree. It is a little jarring when Continue happens and has caught me off guard more than once.

Another alternative to consider is it would be nice if it kept the scroll at the first line of the new incoming text block and then Continue just indicated you need to scroll down to read it all.

 

Hmm, maybe I notice this less as I disable NPC conversation close ups.

 

Shouldn't matter, it's just the quantity of text compared to the size of the window. It could be a black screen and you'd still be scrolling back up.
