[Known]Reflections Quality setting is borked

    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.17 unknown 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32157
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.Linux.64.796.Date.06.28.18
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Mystic Isle
    Area Display Name: Mystic Isle
    Loc: (11.8, 89.5, 46.2)

    Here I have the Reflections Quality setting set to High. Note how the kettle drum to the right looks.

    After I restart the client, the Reflections Quality comes up blank and the game is using either Low or Medium quality reflections (note how the kettle drum looks now).

    I have to set Reflections Quality to Medium and then back to High in order to get high quality reflections again. I have to do this every time I start the client.

    The setting is still not showing up in the UI. It still comes up blank.
