Moving a glpyh to the utility toolbar bug/annoyance

    Details: If you are out of combat, and moving a glyph (such as water plants) to the utility hotbar - when dragging the glyph, the combat hotbar appears also. After you've placed the glyph on the utility hotbar, the combat hotbar stays open (as if you are in-combat). I've shot many an arrow hitting the number key for watering plants, only to not realize my combat bar was up.
