Aerie - Marlin does not respond to keyword "Natasha"

    Title: Aerie - Marlin does not respond to keyword "Natasha"
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: after i completed the quest (did not kill harcourt drumplemouth, but I got the notes to prove his innocence), then i walked back and spoke to Marlin, and no response to "Natasha". He did have a response to "Natasha" before i completed the quest.
    ---Maybe because of this bug report? (perhaps Marlin should not be talking to me at all after i complete the quest?)
