    1. Title:Cannot get Wycliffe to respond to "Thank you" option after rescuing Norman, cannot advance quest line

    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details:I've gone through every dialogue option in order to attempt clearing this
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Rescue Norman from Owl's Nest, speak to Wycliffe
