    Title: Morton in Owl Town tavern does not accept Wooden Mug

    Blocker? No
    Details: I'm a Royal Founder and might done that with him prior the launch long ago but the quest keywords are not greyed out yet. He asks for a beer (Wooden Mug) but the "Give Item" window does not become clickable with a stolen mug from anywhere nor a bought mug from the bartender.
    Steps to Reproduce: See above.

    There is another similar bug report 60603.

    I just confirmed that the problem exists in the offline game as well.
