    I was just wondering when / how the rewards for taking out a subscription are delivered.

    Just signed up for it and went to claim rewards at the bank and got one COTO and one obsidian potion reward - shouldn't it have been 9 and 3?

    Also maybe check your account subscriptions tab. Maybe its not been set up and those rewards are for something else?

    I also have another question for folks. Since we are having two telethons a month now, I imagine our $9.99 subscription counts towards both?

    I would guess that since technically it is one per month (divided into two parts) it does.

    Yea, I would think it would since there is only one set of rewards that both streams share.

    The Subscription is Monthly, not directly related to the Rewards... You get the Potions and the CotO Once a Month.

    In Addition, an active Subscription makes you eligible for Livestream Stretch Goals if you have an active subscription on the day of the Livestream.
    The monies collected for Subscriptions count toward Livestream Stretch Goals.

    The only question I see is will Subscriptions bought after the first episode of this month's Livestream and before or during the Second make those who purchased them eligible for the Livestream Stretch Goals and will those monies be counted toward the Stretch Goals?

    The only Logical answer to that question is "Yes, of course. How could they not be?"

    These are the rewards for new players upgrading account from visitor status . Check if you didnt bought into rewards program from another account. Last resort mail to support@portalarium.com .

    ...and $15 got charged to my card every month and I never thought about microtransactions, or F2P or P2W or RMT or anything other similar three character alphanumeric abbreviation, and all was right with the world. I also never thought that any company owed me the chance to play their game for free for as long as I liked...

    I will Never understand why the Subscription model became such an anathema... It makes No Sense to me and I hope it never will.

    Edit: I do like the frosting tho and wish I could have participated in it when they were available! I feel like a relic hunter trying to acquire the frostings of past now!

    Ok i got a question, do we have to wait the 3 or 6 months to receive the Dye pack, and the Title, instead of receiving them when we first start the subscription?
    ? And next question bout that title: Do we get a new Exclusive title every 3 months?

    Yes, 3, and 6 months for the dyes and title. Only cotos and potions at activation (and stretch goals whenever they become available ;) )

    Think the title is every 3 months.. least that the way I read it :)

    @Chaox since I already subscribed to the reward program last week, I should be qualify for the R55 livestream reward even if I don't spend $5+ on the add-on store during the upcoming 2nd round of the R55 livestream, right?
