    As far as crafted homes go, I think my favorite is the inn.

    They're pretty rare. If you find one for sale, it probably won't be cheap.

    go out of their way to enter a house where the doors are locked - I didn't, thanks. Friends house, just goofing off.
    why someone would point out with apparent glee their ability to break into someone's home simply hoping it will annoy them in a public forum. - Wasn't intending it to annoy anyone, just pointing out a flaw in the build in a thread about which house was the best.

    I see the issue here -
    I shouldn't have phrased the statement in that manner, I do not actively do this.
    Sorry you've been annoyed, Rufus D'Asperdi. While true about the accessibility it was intended as a jest. Too busy in the mines to climb anything other then my bed when i return to my small keep.

    Just go bare bone and put the Adobe home from Livestream reward or elven tent. Allocate rest of space for agriculture and some fountains

    It all depends on what you want. The one that is best to share with others would be any inn, but especially one of the Gothic inns, because of the extra room on the roof. And for village size, I think the only basement with a lot of doors is the Stone & Timber from the store.

    That's what the "free placement" stretch goal was for. i think they'll be bringing it back as a stretch goal again soon.
