1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Greetings! I put this bundle together because I think the housing is awesome in this game, and it's what I wished I had seen up for sale a few months ago when I first started playing.

    The barrier to housing is high in this game, but it's never been a better time to get into a home - taxes were recently reduced on the row houses and they have made a free row deed available to anyone who completes the main story line. But - if you want some place to call your own now while you are getting started, or you are just not that interested in questing (I am guilty of this), this is a great way to get a strong start in the game and have a lot of fun with home ownership.


    What's Included:

    - Taxed Player Owned Town (POT) Row Lot Deed
    Tax is 250 gold per day, and this can be place in any player owned town where you have permission from the Governor to place it. It cannot be placed in NPC towns or cities (not Ardoris, for example)

    - Your choice of one, either:
    Crafted Greenhouse Row House
    Crafted Storefront Row House

    - Basement
    This is the "One Story Row House Basement" with a simple basement hatch

    - Player Vendor (regular vendor, this is not the commission free vendor).
    Choose between a regular player vendor (person) or a cash register type vendor.

    - Four crafting stations of your choice (Pick only four)
    These are the regular crafting stations available for purchase in game at the housing decoration vendors

    - True Bronze crafting tools x16 (full set of 16 main crafting tools with the +5 crafted enchants)

    - 50,000 in game gold
    This can be used for whatever you want, but would cover your first 200 days of taxes, or could be applied to new gear, crafting supplies, decorations, whatever you like.

    Price is $45 USD (via PayPal FF)

    Remember, talk to the Oracle to get 500 gold daily, which will cover a fair bit of your taxes in game. I also recommend you find a player owned town (POT) you would like to move into before purchasing, and an open lot to place your deed. Many POTs offer a lot of amenities, like access to the rare +5 crafting tables, water wells for crops, NPC vendors, and so forth.

    List of included, brief:
    - 1 taxed POT Row Lot Deed
    - 1 house (choice of crafted greenhouse or storefront)
    - 1 basement and hatch (one story row basement)
    - 1 player vendor (commission vendor, choice of person or cash register)
    - 4 regular crafting stations (your choice)
    - 16 true bronze engraved crafting tools (all main crafting tools)
    - 50,000 in game gold
