Steps to Reproduce: Go to bank, open bank, try and delete coconuts

We are unable to reproduce this. Can you provide more information?

In which bank location are your coconuts stored? Is this the same location from which you tried to destroy them?

Is the option to destroy the item missing in the right-click context menu? Or, is there some problem that occurs after selecting that option?

 

Problem is both on Live and QA.

In the bank in owl's head. Items are located in the owl's head bank.

Do not get an option when right clicked.

Only option is to Equip.

Thanks for the info! We are now able to reproduce this.

This is by design. Since these coconuts were acquired via a Reward, they cannot be destroyed. This is to prevent accidental destruction of valuable items.

However, we discovered that coconuts are not currently tradable. We will make them tradable so that you can trade them to someone else or sell them at a public vendor.

 

@Draugur2 By "Reward" I mean a reward that is delivered to you at the bank by clicking the "Claim Rewards" button. This type of "reward" is usually something that is purchased from the store or related to a kickstarter pledge reward.

Coconuts obtained from Nob are different and should be able to be destroyed.

 

Nob will NOT give coconuts on demand as it now seems.
