    Title: Poison works even when skill not learned
    Reproduction Rate: tried a few times
    Blocker? No
    Details: I am not sure if it is a bug or if it is intended, But I am able to get a poison buff even though the only skill I have trained in the subterfuge tree is safe fall.
    Steps to Reproduce: tried several times
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16268
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 2987
    SotA.QA.Win.64.724.Date.07.25.18
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Crossroads
    Area Display Name: Crossroads
    Loc: (-17.6, 36.0, -241.6)

    It will function with no skill but the duration will be shorter. This is by design.

    good to know will pass this info on a stream this week after patch release.
    I look forward to using this effect as I have only just started using poisons.
    I look forward to meeting all the devs at sotacon this year.
