I'm not sure who is getting either the best deal or the one being screwed here, but shouldn't all the homes from the bundles be of equal value? If the Elven Town Tree house is $111 cheaper than the Obsidian Town Tower, I am either owed some money back or cotos or something. I paid the same amount for the Elven bundle as what the Obsidian bundle costs.

If that discrepancy bothers you, check out the Russian SoTA store and see what you could have saved as well.

The bundles are not the same and the houses indeed cost different amounts in the store. However note also that the extra content outside the house is there to offset such differences. So some bundles have much more extra stuff.

But with all that said, they are not all equal and at some price points a bundle type could stick out as simply worth more.

None of that though means anyone is owed any differences.

Step 1: buy cotos/houses/stuff from russian store.
    Step 2: sell here
    Step 3: profit.

Russian store even gives discounts apparently if you just ask for it.

Is there a SotA store in India? Dealing in rupees would be even more profitable probably :D

Looking through each bundle, they all offer very close items in relative value. Each themed more to the bundle of course, but similar value in other areas. I sure don't see a $100 difference between the elven bundle items and obsidian bundle items to account for the discrepancy. And are you telling me the Shogun Bundle has $1 less value of items in it than the Viking Bundle to make up that difference? LOL

Nope, like I said "But with all that said, they are not all equal"...
The devs have tried to put in similar value and offsetting by adding more stuff in some.
Howver my personal opinion is that at each price point one style is simply 'worth' more than the others.

But I get that by checking the player market, so for instance the shogun bundle town house has the greater value of them since it cannot be bought for crowns and crowns can be got very easily much lower than the dollar.
As an example, back when I traded a lot with vendors and village deeds then I always first bought the 4story row bundle, then took all items from the bank and only then upgraded the bundle to village. This since the value of 4-story row house is much much higher then the base village houses (about ~x3-x4). At that price point then Obsidian seems like the best price due to the high value of the fence - however in the player market noone buys trades for such fences etc so it was really the kobold one due to the teletype and other such tradable items.

So the 'value' is relative to what you want from it.
