what day of the month do subscribers get their monthly rewards?

Sorry if this is posted and obvious but I have had a quick look on forums and a more detailed look on my account details and I can't see anything.

edit: Actually it looks like it could be tomorrow form last months charge date.

 

The details say "Billing cycles begin on the day of first subscription" and "Initial rewards will be available for redemption once payment has cleared. Subsequent rewards will be available once recurring payment has cleared".

 

well that's clear then!

 

Originally joined the rewards programme 6 July, first automated payment for the August fees paid around 11AM my time today (6 August) and items (coto and potions) claimed in my bank a couple of hours after the email confirming the payment arrived.

I use mine to repair max durability on my armour and weps.

 

It gets ~33,000 GP, which is enough for a nice weapon or artifact, or can repair most of a set of armor if it's that time.

 

The Obsidian potions are pretty awesome as well.

 

Mine renewed on the 6th, but I am still not seeing the R56 telethon items added to my account, even though they've been added to my son's (for whom I did a manual purchase during the telethon)

 

From a recent reply, sounds like purchases are automated, while reward program accounts still have to be manually updated.. which they are doing soon with an announcement.

 

My guess is that with smaller staffing the updates are done on an "as soon as we can get to it" basis.

 

Mine is on the 8th. I just checked, and got my sweet sweet COTOS.
