Tremor Effects Not Working

    Title: Tremor Effects not Working
    Reproduction Rate: 100 depending on scene
    Blocker? No
    Details: With a weapon that produces 10 percent tremor, the visual effects are sometimes off (100 percent of the time) depending on the scene I'm in. It's not always the same scene.. but if it doesn't give the vfx at first it never works in the zone.
    Steps to Reproduce: See above.
