    Title: Pressing the Upgrades and Add-Ons icon doesn't open the Upgrades and Add-Ons store

    Details: Pressing the Upgrades and Add-Ons icon no longer opens the Upgrades and Add-Ons store, it now opens a window where the only option is to purchase Gold Crowns of the Obsidians
    Steps to Reproduce: Press the Upgrades and Add-Ons icon
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32731
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043

    Then they need to change the name of the button. Some people relied on the old behavior, and it would be useful for it to be kept around in addition to the direct gold COTO option.
