    Title: House on the Hill Dare quest gained second time, cannot turn in

    Details: For killing the Witch's Ghost lich in the House on the Hill, I received the task of "Tell a Child You Finished the Dare." I had previously done the entire quest shortly after it came out, causing me to not be able to actually complete this new/repeat task. I'm stuck with the task entry in my quest journal.
