    Character Diego Mas, Quest Reset at release
    Still had new skills to learn, and equip in the combat bar
    Never saw that the quest awarded any completion.
    Not clearing from the journal list.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to Highvale Outskirts and receive quest from trainer Leonard.
    Learn a new skill then equip it.
