scenes seem out of sync

i've notices some difference between my view of a scene and others by watching their streams.

dance party last night:
1) had my bacon elemental out and dancing. on Alleine Dragonfyre's stream, my pet was not visible.
2) it seemed like half the time an aeo was cast for effect on the dance floor, i didn't see it. but, i would get the camera movement from it. could clearly see it on Alleine's stream though.

sorry, i don't have more detail. if i notice it again, i will capture the standard bug report info and post with as much detail as i can.
