Anyone know why I keep getting this error only on the Shroud site? Just started happening few weeks ago. I don't get it on any other website except this one.

    Thanks

Thank God it wasn't just me. For the last week I kept getting pissed off thinking it was my Verizon FioS.

During the move some of the string between the cans got tangled with the interweb tubes and has reduced the flow.

I would attach a picture, but my printer is broken!

I get it on other places than the Shroud site. And although folks may claim I am nuts, I get it multiple times a week and it never used to happen before they did the Net Neutrality thing.

You mean, before they voted to abolish Net Neutrality, and allow ISPs to do whatever the hell they wanted to their customers? Yeah, that's what happens when you have no rights to a free and open Internet.

This is what I heard through the grapevine is they are running on one port because of hardware or internet issues.. so they are forcing all the traffic through a smaller router or switch..causing the network congestion error 503... Too many people on their website at the moment.

Greetings all. Sounds like they don't have all the redundant hardware (backup login servers and switches) setup yet. In the Standup notes it is Tassilo biggest task. We wish you god speed. BTW I hate moving equipment!

Oh Wait there is a great joke here! "Port needs to work on their BALANCE issues!

Yeah... this is super frustrating, not only to you. Trying to somehow work around it because it looks like it's outside of our control. Seems like that at the hoster the internal network has issues and our load balancer doesn't always succeed to connect to one webserver that is in the same local subnet. We don't know why, exactly, but a request is put in for the hoster to check.

Anyways, all I was able to do for now is to replace that instance, and add another one as additional failover, to mend the situation. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this. Thank you, and sorry for the problems.
