    oh hey, as I wasn't playing the game and only come here seldom, I was wondering what I now have to do to get the physical rewards (my pledge is collector level, and my address is confirmed on the account page). Do I just need to pay the extra shipping and I am set? (I am in Austria/Europe)

    Edit: On another note, where can i look up what I'm supposed to get? The old pledge page is nowhere to be found anymore, and I'd like to see what digital and physical things are in my account.

    I received an email from some french group saying my physical rewards have been posted but that was over a month ago now and no sign of them, i've sent an email to support only to find out there is no tracking numbers on the boxes, seriousely? with the money some of us have spent on these things the least they could do is use a proper postal service to ensure we can track where it is, but now being that over a month has passed id say theres a good chance its been swallowed by the postal system with no method of retreival.

    I sent a message to Portalarium, but I still have no news.
    However my email address is good because I received the purchase order of the Avatar signed boxed edition.

    If you received the email saying your box had been shipped, make sure that the address you have confirmed on your account page is accurate. If it isn't, please email support@portalarium.com to let us know as your box may have been or will be sent to our office as a Return to Sender. If your address is accurate, please sit tight and wait a bit longer.

    Just a heads up:
    Mine arrived today. No confirmation email ever (or it was lost within the spam box).
    I had written to support and they told me it was shipped in august.

    Today, I think I know why it took so long: first it was sent to a company in Japan in august 14, then re-sent to me (Brazil).
    The VAT was about 10 euros, reason why i hadn't to pay extra customs.

    Thats it. Guess some other folks here will be having the same issues.

    You just have to wait it out. I am just not focusing on it but after a time for two or 3 weeks perhaps I will send an email regarding if I have not received. What more can anyone do but be patient and watch the time-frame to see if perhaps something is not as it should be? Finally they are getting this part done and it's been a bit crazy by reading this thread and others, but patience is good until the next batch even goes out. They had some issues regarding internet and some other issues so they gave a 2nd date that I don't see listed but it's probably here in the thread someplace, but always if concerned send an email to support@portalarium.com. Good luck to you.

    Oh ok I was watching the livestream later since I couldn't watch it earlier and the Devs gave 2nd shipping of Nov 2nd. So that at least gives that date for people to make note of.

    No I don't think that's the delay. I am not international and I have not received. I'm just expecting at this late date to be included in phase 2 which is starting in November.

    This is the email i received as can be seen it was sent back at the end of august, it is now near the end of October and no sign of it still and support just gives me what equates to a 'please be patient' line. There are no issues with my address, i paid the international shipping fee, so what gives? im getting really pissed with this. I pleged on kickstarter and later upgraded my pledge to knight marshal, this is no small amount of money for me and from what i can see its not being treated very seriousely.

    Did you read the thread? They had problems and explained that to us multiple times. If your address got unconfirmed as a result of those problems then fix that. If all looks good wait for the Nov shipping. Then if that doesn't happen contact support. I have not received mine either btw and I know the drill. Sorry not trying to sound snarky just sayin ;).

    The addresses getting un-confirmed stuff was well known for over 6 month and they did nothing about it.
    Also they never explained why there is such a huge delay for the (never intended) "second wave".
