    I like your banner there Rhiannon :) Hopefully they get this sorted out. I'm going to give it another month before I email them directly about this. I think it'll work out in the end but not sure what else to do other than update the address every single day until I get it, which is absolutely insane.

    They said you should contact them before oct 19th, when you didn't recieved your box till sep 21st. So you are in the first in the next batch they send.

    Thanks on the banner comment. We have an amazing artist in our guild @Almar who has done a ton of work for us including many of our signatures. As for the address on your account, it appears to become unverified if you buy something in the store using a debit/credit card. In Starr's post, he talks about the timing on when things are getting straightened out.

    I still don't get why Portalarium is waiting so long (Q4 with luck) untill they ship the missing boxes to the backers.
    They obvious messed it up, especially the Un-Confirmed shipping address stuff.

    Sure that goes without saying. The content is different as the value of the pledge (talking about a $200 gap). There are not that much editions with signed cloth map out there and they have to put them inside the boxes so they know these boxes. Just to add an additional info or better an alternate sticker is no witchcraft. Just to give an example from an old school RPG and a new release to make it clear:

    If you go the packing slip way, than you could dispense with all (collectors box) stickers, because the version is mentioned in the slip. Very hard to understand.

    Thank you, Rufus - I couldn't remember if I was supposed to get a map and a book! :) (Bought my pledge in 2014.)


    I will - I still haven't received anything, and I've been checking the mailbox and the doorstep daily for the past week or two. Time to check up on things.

    [edit] I noticed some people have mentioned getting email notifications, so I trawled through my 'junk' and 'deleted' folders in case I'd missed something, but nothing there either.

    i received an email from a french group saying my rewards have been posted but that was over a month ago now, i emailed suport only to find theres no tracking numbers in place on the boxes, so if they get swalloed by the postal system they are simply gone, nice going guys o_O

    If you received the email saying your box had been shipped, make sure that the address you have confirmed on your account page is accurate. If it isn't, please email support@portalarium.com to let us know as your box may have been or will be sent to our office as a Return to Sender. If your address is accurate, please sit tight and wait a bit longer.
