    You are the first one I hear from that did not get his orb. Did you use the new claim rewards interface ?

    Click the new chest icon, top right. Check there for the orb.

    if you bought the game you will get an orb. Claim rewards at a bank.

    edited as mentioned use the claim tab in the upper right part of your screen. I like this change ;)

    Acutally the rewards are in the rewards tab now, not the bank. The game has changed a bit in R59.

    The server is set to UTC (though it may be about 10 seconds off, I think they need to set up NTP on it). And the "official" time zone of SotA is CST/CDT (Texas time), aka NBT "New Britannia Time".

    Upper right hand corner of the screen, click on the Rewards icon, then the Claim Rewards button at the bottom of the window. Newly claimed items are shown in green. I think it's one orb per character slot, because I got two. (haven't even started the second character slot). And you can now claim rewards anywhere, no need to be at a bank.

    Also, this hew Rewards UI really frees up bank space for those of us who have been playing for a long time. I went from about 360/640 to 59/640. The only problem I have with it is that I wish I had thought of doing it this way.
