Anyone find any new pattern dungeon drops yet?

I just came here to say that this was Ciinen's conversational post on these forums was in this thread. The reply above alienated him so much he won't be coming back. Nice job.

 

Well I killed everything in the Hilt Fortress for another 5 hours, including resetting it a buncha times. No drop. So I dunno... guess its just real rare or Im missing something.

Well I was solo... and the Obsidian forge has been broken for me for months - I cant use it (opened a bug, worked with Lexie on it, never got it fixed). So wonder if Im just SoL? Or if its just that rare....

 

Well, I'd note that this thread has a very specific title and purpose -- To find where specific new patterns/recipes drop, and they did hijack the thread for an entirely different purpose. One would get scolded for that in virtually any community I've been a part of. Thread hijacking is generally frowned upon. I'm sorry they left, since the person actually took the time to answer all of their questions even while they were hijacking the thread. That's very thoughtful. They could have skipped answering their questions altogether and just told them not to hijack the thread.

Dungeon, Ruins of Ravensmoor.

 

The API has been abused to gather data from.
2 rotunda recipes and 1 rotunda blueprint has been found since they were introduced. This has been bug reported as all 3 of these drops seems to be on the quest step of the path of the oracle (so a different hilt).
The Spider room mentioned in the patch notes has not dropped at all, suspect its like the rotunda room above with the added bonus of being put on a mob that is not spawned on the easier quest step?
I've spent about 30 hours farming hilt since release hit last week and got nothing, which is when I started investigating. Others have spent longer than I have.
Chris posted on the bug report about the rotunda and is going to look into it.

I also spent about 5 hours yesterday in the Ruins of Ravensmoor - got the Staff of Death recipe but no other recipe or blueprint. I killed the lich boss probably 10-15 times, as well as everything else in the place.

There is another lich boss in Ruins of Ravensmoor ?

 

Two, one is hidden in a secret room (its a quest, from the human you find in the first room).

 

So it appears recipes do drop in the 3rd chest in Chillbains as well.

 

I'v done enough Lost Vale to be confident that no dungeon drops there (yet).

 

Does the Hilt rotunda drop off the kobolds inside Hilt or outside? (Or both?)

 

Since the drops were broken last release because they only dropped in the quest instance of Hilt and Chris said that he hooked them up to the wrong instance, I'd say they only drop inside. They could drop outside, but based on the low drop rate right now, I'm not about to spend hours ouside.

 

Haven't heard anyone getting a drop from Hilt this release yet. Drowning in obsidian recipes...
