I wish people would stop replying to spam posts

    I know it is possible to ignore threads, but I can’t figure out how to do it in the mobile version of the forum. (Instructions welcome).

    In the meantime it is very annoying to have these spam threads continuously invading my new posts list every time someone decides to post a witty comment. :mad:

    Kara, they appeared pretty much overnight and mainly from the same company. I'm pretty sure that Port will block this companies bot and maybe put a filter in to block any others if they can as soon as they get out of bed.
    In the meantime it's been a bit of fun. This post, really?

    I'm on Android using chrome all I have to do is hit the users name and then hit ignore which is on the right side.

    Report the first post and then click ignore on the user profile and you won't see their threads again.

    Actually it dropped to $2 And $1 on sale on Fridays

    We have also lowered the price for posting in the forums from $5 to only $1 (the cost of the Universal Chat Orb when on sale). This means that you no longer need to make a purchase to have the real Shroud of the Avatar experience!

    There is no way to ignore a thread. However, you can put the poster on ignore, which will hide those threads provided nobody else has replied.

    One of the many ... peculiar 'services' offered included reference to skin whitening...

    There does seem to be a pattern to the spammers though, each time I've noticed them it's a set of 8-10 posts starting off threads usually posted within a couple of minutes - I don't know what the US timezone would be when they show up, but I'd suspect it's 'timed' to be when, on average, there's the least possible chance of a forum mod being about to delete them so they get at least some 'advertising' in.
